Only 2 more half days now!! I can't wait until Friday.. I just want this week to be over! It feels like it'll go on forever!

I've had this discussion on Furc about the mentally challenged; let's just call them retards, shall we?
So my argument was: There is no point in keeping a retard alive. There are a few retards at my school: one in a wheelchair, one that is hideously ugly, one that howls when it gets loud, and a couple others.. well, actually four others. What's their point in life? They're completely dependant on other people, are ugly, and can't (most) can't learn even if a giant turd came rolling at them and that was the only way to escape. They'll get made fun of all their lives, don't have the logic to get a job, or at least a good one they'll actually enjoy, and above that, they're ugly, so they most likely won't find love. What's the point of living when you have so little? It's like keeping a person with no arms and legs alive: What is their use? They contribute nothing to society, nor will they be able to. Yet people "still have hope" they'd survive. If you really loved someone, it would be best to let them die, particularly if they're mentally challenged or extremely handicapped. It's putting the person in misery to keep them alive. It's best to let them die and reincarnate into another body, one that hopefully isn't retarded. I don't think the spirit knows if a child will be born retarded/handicapped.. when someone dies, the spirit would go into a child's body that has just been born, and start the learning process all over again. Sometimes they just (actually we, since we're all spirits inside) are unlucky. But trust me on this: We don't have one life to live, but many. There is evidence. Even if you don't believe in this kind of thing, keep your mind open for new ideas anyway. New things are being discovered all the time, however it just takes an extremely long time for some people to "adapt" to the different, even when it has been discovered ages ago.

Thank you.
