Apparently it isn't temporary.

I'm starting not to trust EI more and more. If they can't handle negative feedback, they'll soon find they won't be very successful. I find it funny that at first they were all happy, claiming that they would do everything they could to make Horizons better, and now look; they're acting like a bunch of cowering babies.

The forums are SUPPOSED to be public, that's the thing about these COMMUNITY gaming forums.

Any posts that were "off topic" are easier to just lock/delete than go to such great and unesesary lengths. If they can't handle the forums and enforce the rules, I don't see them handling the actual game itself any better.
