ROFL, I have to say that I was both highly amused and highly irritated about these people.

Appropriateness

This game is rated Teen and I don’t know why it was not awarded a Mature rating. There’s violence (-4), and blood (but it can be disabled +1) when you’re slashing things with a weapon. There’s swearing (-5) and blaspheming (-5) too. There are nine gods in this world so I’m not sure if they’re blaspheming their gods or our God. There are sexual references as in live in couples (-3) and there’s an NPC who asks you about a fine for necrophilia. Magic is used heavily (-5), it’s optional to use it but it will be used on you regardless. On a positive note the Mages guild (for the most part) is against necromancy. With the different races there is prejudice in this game and many of the races hate each other (-1.5). Some characters tend to sleep in their underwear, I have noticed this with female characters. (-3.5) Finally, I was happy to see no occult symbols in this game but there is an occult type religion/worship.

First of all they just OMG HATE ANYTHING WITH OCCULT-LIKE SYMBOLS OR NAKEDNESS OR SEXUAL CONTENT OR SWEARING OR MAGIC OR GAMES WITH MULTIPLE GODS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY ARE BLASPHEMING THEIR GOD. What the fuck? These people are the most clueless assholes I've ever seen.

They probably don't even know what 'occult' means. Literally, all it means is 'the hidden' or just 'hidden'.

Nakedness.. Oh, come on. If their god made people, shouldn't they respect their bodies and not cover them up?

And sexual content.. please. Sex is in every living being's nature and without it their fellow christians wouldn't be there.

Accessive 'swearing' I could understand but normal hardcore christians like those idiots think even 'damn' and 'crap' is swearing.

As for magic, HOW THE FUCK DO THEY THINK THEIR GOD SUPPOSEDLY MADE THE UNIVERSE? Did he pull it out of his ass?

As for multiple gods in game, that is just pathetic. Like in their article about Oblivion, they thought that maybe Bethesda was blaspheming their one god. What the hell? Can't these people have even A LITTLE imagination?

All in all, christians are closed-minded fools who take their bible WAY too literally. That's like saying you believe you can literally fly and shoot fire out of your ass while you're at it.

I would like so badly to get in on those forums and tell them off, but then again it's none of my business what people choose to believe in. It could be fun though.. 0 Comments - Post/view comments
